The late January meetings with Jerry and Stephen will be interesting.

Changes are going to be made.

Last time the offensive coaches were fired.

No excuses for big Mike this time.

I think MM is doing fine. He isn’t the problem.
Really??

He never coaches or calls a tush push from 1 yard or less to go. Handoffs are risky. Passes are risky.

He didn't challenge a fumble in Buffalo that cost us a TD

Rarely goes hurry up to get into tempo or preserve time.

Should have let them score late yesterday at the 2 minute mark and put it in Days hands for the final drive.

MM is just not an impressive game manager.

The West Coast offense fits Dak well, but MM is does not have good instincts.

Only way there is a change at HC is if the Cowboys lose out to finish the reg season, and then go one and done in the WC round.

Even then, I would expect a DQ internal promotion. And in that scenario— the D maintains the status quo— but the offense with Dak likely takes a step back as yet another offensive system would be installed and the OL is another year older.

This is our “window”— and it is quickly slamming shut on our fingers.

Being too predictable is risky. Especially when you can’t execute tush pushes or simple handoffs.

Can Jerry fire himself?

The buck doesn't stop with the coach.

It's Jerry's enabling of the players which has destroyed the culture of the team for the past 28 years.
Truth !
Jerry not being accountable has trickled down to the coaches and players.
This had created a soft entitled culture that can't be overcome on the field.

Then watch tape of Philly until you can copy a superior coach. It is so unstoppable that it will be illegal next year. Fat Mike can skip the burger bar long enough to copy a play that is very basic.

McCarthy has led the Cowboys to 3 straight playoff appearences, whether you like him or not this has been the most successful period for the Cowboys since the 90s and its tough to argue against that. So there's a lot going right with some opportunities around the running game, and in game management.

Hopefully he can change the mantra of early playoff exits so everyone can be a McCarthy fan. :)

I like McCarthy but his lack of attention to detail is glaring in my opinion.

His game and clock management are a clear reflection of it.

At some point we have to consider that the team just isn't as good as we'd like to think.

I don't want to hear about Pro Bowlers, things fans vote on, when the results fall short year after year.

Which is unacceptable for a Head Coach at the NFL level, making upwards of $7M per year.
