These young guys are doing well in his absence, what are your thoughts when he's able to play

Expensive backup. I guess he can give Bland a breather now and then and cover occasional 4 WR sets. Maybe get a trade offer at some point.

I wouldn't overthink it. You typically have 3 CBs on the field more often than not so depth is crucial at the position. If Lewis is ready to go he's going to play on at least a rotational basis, and that's a good thing. At some point another CB is going to get banged up and as long as Lewis is 100% we will be happy hes on the roster.

Add him to the rotation. The deeper the merrier. I don't know why people don't see the value in a veteran DB who can help you in the slot and even on the outside at times. Remember injuries happen. And it's Jourdan, not Jordan.:)
I put that I think my phone changed it on me

I think you basically just give him Igbinoghene's snaps.

It's going to be a limited role, but I don't think you mess with anything just to bring JLew back into the fold after last night.

It’s been 1 actual game….the more he,o we can get the better even in a limited role. I’m encouraged by last night but let’s see some more of it before we make any roster decisions Imo

Can’t have too much depth. And as the trade deadline approaches if you need depth worse at another spot you got options

He's a slot corner, but we have Bland who IMO is better/the future.

Quinn loves to roll 3 safeties so I'm not for sure what the game plan is. I doubt they'll run the true dime enough.
He's just depth, which is important to have. Bland can play on the outside if need be and Lewis can jump back in at slot if something happens.

Rotate him in as well. Keep everyone fresher for the 4th. He will be needed at some point. It’s a long season.
