Defense had its worst game of the season.

ST disappointed.

Running game was pathetic.

Romo had his best game of his career, Miles, Witten and even Roy produced.

In fact, the entire team except the Passing Game, if anyone tries to blame this game on Tony or one of our Receivers, they are nothing but a baboon that spews ****.

Romo today proved December has NO effect on his play, the team played pathetically excluding him & the TE's and Receivers, are they the only ones that practiced?

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________
Romo 41/55 (Cowboys Record: Most completed passes in a game) for 391 Yards (Career High), 3 TDs

Witten 14 receptions for 156 yards (Career High)

Austin 10 Receptions for 104 yards and a TD

Williams 6 Receptions for 60 yards and 2 TD's

Crayton 2 Receptions for 24 yards

Bennett 2 receptions for 20 yards.

Jones 3 receptions for 13 yards

Phillips 1 reception for 8 yards

Barber 3 Receptions for 7 yards

Don't dare blame our passing game, Witten proved he is a god on the field, Austin proved he can have a big game without a big play, thats what we want from our #1 WR. Williams proved he is a red-zone threat and can have some good plays, what we need from our #2 WR.

Our passing attack will win games for us.

To answer the question to what happen... Okay. Marion Barber, Nick Folk, Defense, and special teams. I don't blame Garrett too much because he's on his way out anyways. I blame Garrett for the personel he uses to execute plays. (i.e. Marion Barber over Choice)

so EVERYTHING sucked but the passing game and you asked what went wrong??????????????????????????????????????

really????????????????????????????????

if we are in summer passing league we win, unfortunately we ain't....

Come on man, I love Tashard and I think he has elite potential, but he must continue to work at it, next year I would consider starting him.

Marion is great trade bait, we could grab a 1st and 3rd round pick for him, I say take that trade this off season, but benching him is idiotic.

Our Defense had a bad game, I hope we don't see threads like Wade is terrible at coaching defenses, since we just had around 8 flawless games of defense.

I really made this thread to point it out the amazing game we had passing the ball, people will look @ romo and try to blame this on him, you couldn't ask him to do anymore than he did this game, Romo is a top 3 QB in the NFL.

Who do you guys think had the worst game 2day.

Scandrick and Barber... Its a tossup..

Scandrick was burned often.. Hell every time it was thrown in his direction...

Defense, Special teams (especially Nick Folk) are the reason we lost today.

Along with our dumb decisions.

And the punt coverage unit is a much bigger reason we lost than Folk. You can't expect to make a 57-yard field goal. And whether he made or missed the 42-yarder, it wouldn't have changed anything in the end.

We do, and they are...

Gutlessness. That's all there is to it. Well, not all. Got to include Wade. He's the reason for this loss, in my opinion.

December just got underway, let's see what Romo does in the next two games before we declare his December swoon over.

Passing game won't win you games alone. As we saw today, you can still put up insane passing stats and still lose the game pretty badly if your defense folds. Defense wins championships, folks.

Also: don't be too awed by the yards and completions. Usually when you wing it 55 times a game, you are going to put up some numbers no matter what. His YPA today was actually BELOW his season average, and the final 72 yards and the TD were basically gimme-garbage-time throws. Throw out that last drive and you've got a 36-49 day, with two scores. If you throw the ball 49 times, I would expect more than two scores. Romo didn't hurt the offense, but he hardly played lights out. He played well. You are correct, though, that the passing game isn't why we lost.

You would know all about that wouldn't ya.

If anyone questions if Miles Austin is the real deal they need to look at the catches he made today...

Exactly

Romo missed two easy throws that likely would have been TD's.

He had a very good game but he wasn't perfect.
