This is the question if you are the owner of the Dallas Cowboys. Do you get new coaches? What to do with Dak? Do you do a massive trade to rebuild? Like to know your opinions. At the end of the day, if you have no confidence in your team playing well, they are not a championship team. Everybody worried who you match up with in the playoffs, is a failure. Lets discuss this . I don't think we need 53 roster of All Pros. No excuses for this loss, we got whipped.

As long as the organizational structure remains in place - Jerry and son making all of the big decisions - nothing will change.

They've been running things this way for three decades. Coaches and players come and go, yet the results remain similar.

Stop expecting them to give you any more than we're getting. This is their ceiling. They've hit it many times. They'll hit it again.

It will take Jerry coming to terms - this time for the third time to once again hire a tier 1 head coach and step back a bit. He's done it before with Jimmy and Parcells, and I hate to say this because McCarthy has done some nice things this year with the offense, but we seriously need that top level HC that can change the culture and get to the next level. We also need to draft a quarterback. We need to draft some bigger running backs. Need a new DC as well that runs a 3/4 with real linebackers that can defend the run.

1. FRONT OFFICE:
Jerry has to stop loving the smell of his own farts. He needs to constantly look at ways of making this team better and never be satisfied. He always thinks our team is good enough. It's never been good enough. We could've gotten Derrick Henry at the deadline. He compliments his coaches instead of putting pressure on them. He himself doesn't take enough accountability. Even Will McClay had a terrible draft in 2023.

2. TRADE:
Trade Dak for two 1st & two 2nd Round picks + whatever else you can get.
Dak doesn't have the make up of a true champion. He's a Jason Garrett robot. Build up the team on the OL and DL and start Trey Lance. Paying Dak $50M a year is just suicide.

3. FREE AGENCY:
Sign Derrick Henry and Bobby Wagner. A power back and the NFL's leading tackler. That's not too much to ask for.

4. DRAFT:
Round 1 (Dak trade) - Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame - If Tyron comes back, fine... but either way Steele is a mistake. We need a Tackle now and for the future.
Round 1 - Graham Barton, IOL, Duke - Biadasz is overrated and a weak link. 2 first round OL and we will be cookin' in the run and and give Lance the protection he needs. 1.5 to 2 seconds of additional throwing time can make a QB look like a stud.
Round 2 (Dak trade) - T'Vondre Sweat, DT, Texas - 6'5, 365 run stuffer with athleticism who will demand doubles and collapse the pocket as well. Mazi is a bust.
Round 2 - Treveyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State or Jonathon Brooks, RB, Texas - Between Henry, Pollard, and one of these guys our running game will have depth to withstand injury.

5. COACHING:
Belichick, Carroll, Vrabel, Harbaugh, Saban, Quinn... Hell nawwww.... The #1 Coaching job in all of sports is coaching the Dallas Cowboys. We need to get DEION SANDERS. No cap. Make him an offer he can't refuse. He makes players accountable. He coaches with a passion and hates losing. He has a relationship with the Jones that makes Jerry comfortable. Get Primetime, Get a Super Bowl.

This team with a mobile QB with a big arm, strong run game, and strong run defense would make us the Baltimore Ravens of the NFC.

Don't let minute legal details such as a no trade clause in Dak's contract stop you.

Two things can change this entire scope, even with Jerry the doofus at the helm. A 1st class coach, and a top drafted QB with planet sized cohones.

You have to hire a proven disciplined head coach. Find a QB that won’t turn in over so much in the playoffs. And convince the owner to actually make some moves in FA.

I wonder how Dak would feel when we tell him: we're cutting Gallup and trading CeeDee (just to get under the CAP) and trading Ferguson (as he's worth something and there's a lesser inhouse alternative) and point out that Tyron and Biadasz may not be replaced in the draft (we're going to go BPA).

This is the stark reality of extending Dak,,,,,If you then tell him we're not going to discuss an extension I wonder whether he can see the potential car crash and uncomfortable year he's going to have leading into free agency in 2025.

Just like yourself, right?
No it is the people who fall for the oke doke every year such as yourself. But i've told you this before. It's okay to eat crow. You will forget all this has happened and will be back to blaming everyone but Dak next year.

Dak ain't going anywhere. But culture change is needed. Lack of accountability on the players especially on these penalties

Nothing is going to happen as the problem starts at the top. JJ thinking that he knows more about football than anyone else.
He was ready to extend Dak during the season!

Dak is not capable of being a Staubach or Aikman. Sure he puts up gaudy numbers and then chokes in the playoffs.

Your O-line is garbage… pure and simple aside from Martin who is a shadow of himself.

Your Running back is a number 2, but JJ didn’t want to go get a true #1 because he didn’t feel the need.

The so called “lion” who should shut up and play to his abilities, but played more like a ***** cat after the half way point. Dpos of the year hands down.

Bland who cannot cover anyone but was hailed as a mythical being…
He got lucky!!!! But he proved his worth when he was toasted more than a few times after breaking the record.

I could go on and on…

You think changing the HC is going to change anything???

I have said this before and I will say it again… you the fans stop buying into this team, stop attending games, buying merchandise… then you will get JJ’s attention

Otherwise it’s going to be more of the same crap year in and out.
I’ve been saying this for well over 10 years now.

I still have to be proven wrong…
