1. FRONT OFFICE:
Jerry has to stop loving the smell of his own farts. He needs to constantly look at ways of making this team better and never be satisfied. He always thinks our team is good enough. It's never been good enough. We could've gotten Derrick Henry at the deadline. He compliments his coaches instead of putting pressure on them. He himself doesn't take enough accountability. Even Will McClay had a terrible draft in 2023.
2. TRADE:
Trade Dak for two 1st & two 2nd Round picks + whatever else you can get.
Dak doesn't have the make up of a true champion. He's a Jason Garrett robot. Build up the team on the OL and DL and start Trey Lance. Paying Dak $50M a year is just suicide.
3. FREE AGENCY:
Sign Derrick Henry and Bobby Wagner. A power back and the NFL's leading tackler. That's not too much to ask for.
4. DRAFT:
Round 1 (Dak trade) - Joe Alt, OT, Notre Dame - If Tyron comes back, fine... but either way Steele is a mistake. We need a Tackle now and for the future.
Round 1 - Graham Barton, IOL, Duke - Biadasz is overrated and a weak link. 2 first round OL and we will be cookin' in the run and and give Lance the protection he needs. 1.5 to 2 seconds of additional throwing time can make a QB look like a stud.
Round 2 (Dak trade) - T'Vondre Sweat, DT, Texas - 6'5, 365 run stuffer with athleticism who will demand doubles and collapse the pocket as well. Mazi is a bust.
Round 2 - Treveyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State or Jonathon Brooks, RB, Texas - Between Henry, Pollard, and one of these guys our running game will have depth to withstand injury.
5. COACHING:
Belichick, Carroll, Vrabel, Harbaugh, Saban, Quinn... Hell nawwww.... The #1 Coaching job in all of sports is coaching the Dallas Cowboys. We need to get DEION SANDERS. No cap. Make him an offer he can't refuse. He makes players accountable. He coaches with a passion and hates losing. He has a relationship with the Jones that makes Jerry comfortable. Get Primetime, Get a Super Bowl.
This team with a mobile QB with a big arm, strong run game, and strong run defense would make us the Baltimore Ravens of the NFC.
