What Would You Think About Drafting Nolan Smith?

Do you pass, because Micah Parsons?

What about a tackle like Broderick Jones?

I hate passing both of those players on the board, but if it's me, and Joey Porter is still on the board I think I take him.

One of my favorite prospects and one of the best athletes for the position in the draft. If you have noticed in recent years quality O Linemen come off the board VERY early so i doubt he lasts till out pick.

I really like Smith a whole lot… and that includes his intangibles. He’s made up of the right stuff, IMO, and would add a leader to the defense. He is a little small for an EDGE but the guy is freakishly strong for his size. Obviously, he’s fast and twitchy, so he’d help make the defense faster.

The only bad thing is he’s coming off of a torn pec, but if Quinn wants him on the defense, then I’m all for it.

However, I might would rather re-sign Fowler for that EDGE and pick up a corner like Porter, Smith, Ringo, or Turner at 26.

But yes, I really do like Smith and would be fine with Dallas drafting him.

I’d draft him in a heartbeat. He has the best 1st step and natural bend in the class outside of Smith. He may start off in more of a DPR type role but he has SERIOUS juice off the edge.

His role was kinda weird at UGA and they swap dudes a ton so not overly worried about the production. Still had a high pass rush productivity grade.
