realize that whatever they are doing at DT and MLB it ain't working. The run D has been suspect for years and Jerry and his dopey son and his scouts and his pseudo GM continue to just nibble at DT hoping that the mid round picks and bargain bin FAs work out.

Whew boy, they got Hankins! Like 3 years after he was good.

What you saw the Packers do to us today is what any good playoff team will do to us - Philly, 49ers, probably the Vikes next week with Cook.

I won't give Quinn a pass here but we've gone through a bunch of DCs in the last 10 years or so and yet the same problem keeps popping up. Maybe it's time to realize the ingredients are a big problem here, not just the chef.

The run problems are more than DT or MLB. The DEs on this team absolutely suck at setting the edge in the run game, because they are sack hunting. They routinely jump out of their gaps, and allow for soft edges to form.
