Whatever we do to improve the team, I really wish the Jones' would act quickly. Whether it's personnel or coaches, PLEASE don't sit on your hands for a month while all the good candidates get taken. I think they sit out the coaching hire frenzy because they literally do not know what they need. If they're making changes, be assertive and MAKE THEM.

I wouldn't sweat it too much simply because this is how Jerry operates. in 2019 when Jason Garrett was let go the Cowboys oddly just let it play out like everything was business as usual until they made a move and it seemed like right after Marvin Lewis and Mike McCarthy were on a plane to Dallas and the Cowboys magically knew who their two finalist for the position were.

If anything I would be upset if I were McCarthy and they let this play out for another week or longer. I'm sure if he is getting let go he would want to get as quick a jump on finding a new role as possible.
