What's going to Change? Kearse heartbreaking speech

Jerry isn't going to change. Dak isn't going to change. Moore isn't going to change. Bad drafting at key spots isn't going to change. Cap Boy isn't going to change. Dallas isn't going to change. Next year will be the same as this year or worse. Not drinking the Kool-Aid anymore. Anybody in here think the front office is going to figure anything out? They pretty much threw the grenade in that blew the season up before it even began by not replacing Cooper when they let him go for a bag of chips. Now they going to go out and maybe get BECKHAM. Going to be a huge mistake personnel and money wise-if done. I have FAR less confidence in Jerry and friends to figure anything out then I do in Dak now. And speaking of Dak. Bring in a real quarterback that can push him. He's not worried about Rush beating him out. Get rid of Moore-hire a real quarterback coach! I'm done beating myself up over this team. I'll always be Dallas in my heart. But until Jerry goes off into the sunset. One way or the other. I'm just going to start being an observer. I've been a hard-core Dallas fan for over 40 years. I'm getting too old for this crap. Life is just too short to keep worrying about something you have no control over. But then again. Bad habits are hard to end. Every year we see the same things ending our season. Jerry before the season even starts and Dak during the season. Hat's off to the defense. Kearse really broke my heart by what he said after the game. Every Cowboy fan IMO should go and hear his after game statements. Really sad how he put it and was in near tears as he spoke. Just sick of the PLAYERS!!! Giving their all!!!! And some old billionaire because he can buy a team puts himself into a job nobody in their right mind would hire him for. A GM! A GM that hasn't done anything in 28 years!!! Can't tell you what I really want to say about Jerry but it is what it is. If you are young. Don't waste a minute letting this team control your mood or even one second of losing sleep over them. I Love most of the players. Hate the front office with a passion. Want to say thanks Reality and company for this great board. Then "PEACE" and good health and safety to all of you participating on this board. This year and beyond.
