Anyone drink this stuff?

I just bought a can today. Seems like there is a lot of benefits to it so I thought i'd give it a shot.

Probably not all it's cracked up to be. Pretty sure it's used as food coloring.

A lot of those listed benefits seemed repetitive. I have been taking the stuff for the last month. I do feel a little better. My digestive system definitely feels better.
