When did I know we hadn't changed?

As soon as we drafted a TE in the 2nd. That's when I knew we hadn't changed. I feel sorry for Schooner as he is a good prospect. In the 4th.
When we went into the season w/ a comp back as the starting RB.
When we went into the season w/ a rotational DT as a starter. And I like Osa, he's just not a starter.

We have some pieces, but until we get Parsons some major help, it's just going to be more of giving up 167 yds rushing when it matters.

Parsons needs to help himself as well.

So what FA's are out there to help. Forget about the draft for now. What players can make an impact.
Before we get the FA's address the core group. Are those players collectively good enough to get it done. By core I'm talking about Dak, Ceedee, Tyron Smith, Martin, Parsons, Lawrence, Diggs. Is that good enough. Do you need more. Based on what you saw yesterday the answer is yes. We have no LB unit. We still have not addressed interior defensive line. The offense continues to struggle against the zone, we do not consistently run against better teams.Based on all that do you think we are just a few FA's away?

You would think Jaylon Smith taught them a lesson
Damone was a 5th rounder, so that's OK. Going into the season w/ him as the starter is the problem.

It's like, Jerry fell once again for the hoopla about a player. I wonder if Jerry even has a clue that other teams put crapp out about players all the time to induce people to spend draft capital/salary cap on them.

Betcha a nickel Jerry has no idea why Brandon Carr didn't work out very well.

Need a DC who knows how to use him. Playing him mostly at DE is a mistake. Parsons is not a hand in the dirt pass rusher.

If we were actually smart enough to bring in Belly, you'd see a brand new Micah.

Arizona. When you cannot run or stop the run, you cannot win in December or in the playoffs.

That is one of the laws of American Football.

No of course not, need a lot more than a few. But need to start somewhere before the draft. Thought that would be understood.

Me too. However, there were signs even before that.

Parsons needs to stop being misused as a hands on the ground DE. He will always have weaknesses that can be exposed at DE.

Can you imagine him as a downhill OLB? Talk about beastly!!!!!!!!!!

I actually thought you turned the corner at the end of November with your point differential when Philly was imploding, until road games against Buffalo-Miami. Then the home games against Seattle and Detroit. You haven’t been that dominant team earlier in the season for over a month. Maybe you beat GB, but you probably lose the previous Detroit game if it was in Detroit, which the divisional game would have been

At the start of the game I heard Aron Jones name mentioned. I just had flashbacks of years past. I said no way! I waited until the first carries of #33 and boom I knew **** was up. We were in trouble!

The draft IS our free agency.

And while the DT you desperately needed NOW takes his time developing, you don’t have enough at the moment when the time is right.

That’s where the ball is dropped. In March, not January.
