When does Hamlin get his roster bonus?

Are we to assume Wade will release the vet to start a rookie in this equation? If so then it's a pipe dream, hate to be the one to shake you out of your slumber...

Well if you think that is all he did then you were not watching and know little about football.

Well people who watch and know a lot about football think he is average too and he isn't getting average money.

Hamlin is most likely a goner.

I got bad news for some of you out there. Wade likes K Hamlin. They also like Cory Proctor. I consider Hamlin a slightly better than average safety. I consider Proctor a marginal OL. Guess what? It doesn't matter what you and I think. But feel free to whine about it.

You will probably be waiting for a while. I'd be surprised if he is released.

I wouldnt be surprised, he isnt worth the money and has never been since he signed that new deal. He's allergic to the football and a mediocre tackler.

Its a business and keeping Hamlin with that contract makes no business sense.

I'll go out on a limb and say Hamlin won't be a Cowboy next year. Feel free to whine about that.

Not going to happen. If it ain't broke don't fix it by amputation. Common sense will rule over over reaction madden style.

I like you, good sir.

Why Ham"sucks"? Why not Ham"lame" or Ham"skin", something that rhymes or has better wordplay?

Personally, I'd root for Hamleave..

I bet he'll get cut this week, wouldn't doubt if it happens in the next day or two.

I would usually agree with this, but cutting Hamlin is FAR from Madden style.

We need an upgrade at the safety position, and Hamlin should be the first one out with his play and contract.

The fact that he made the Pro Bowl in 07 drove up his market price ridiculously.

I dont think too many of us were a fan of his resigning with the contract he got.

I've never been a fan, even when he was in Seattle thats for sure.

You're both entitled to your opinion. And I won't whine about him staying or leaving. I'm all for taking Allen with the first pick although I'd prefer trading down into the upper second before taking him. We need depth at the Mike and Mo but we need better safeties particularly Hamlin.
