When is the Draft aired?

I can't seem to find any good info on the internet. Wondering when the draft (on the 26th) starts...I think I recall 2 pm Eastern, but cannot confirm.

My little girl's birthday is important, but she can have her party in the morning too ;-)

3 pm eastern, I wish they kept it at 12 though
