In watching Daks post game press conference it's clear that to him this is just a game......1 game. Because at the end of the day, win or lose, he's taking the same amount of money home, win or lose. How is it that us fans can be so upset over a game and to Dak it's just another game? We literally gave the game away to Aaron Rodgers whos playing with a bunch of nobody receivers and Dak shows no emotion of being upset, angry over the outcome of the game.

In no way am I blaming Dak for the loss. But h is our leader, the face of the franchise and the person who all these younger players look up too. When losing is no big deal to your leader then losing becomes ok. For YEARS its seems that just making it to a payoff game is the end goal. I'm sorry but Dak is not a leader. This team lacks real leaders and it shows. To them, they get paid, win or lose. The only hungry players are those playing for the big payday. Once they get paid its just another day of "work".

I HATE Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and many other great QB's. But the one this they always had is the fire to WIN! When was the last time you saw these QB lighting a fire under someone's azz who ran the wrong route? Now when was the last time you saw Dak with that same fire and passion.

Sadly, To Dak and many of this team this is just a game.

Exactly why this team is a joke and has one of the most extremely toxic cultures in all of sports in the history of the world. The Trojans had better teamwork than this and their country was at stake!

Dak, Zeke, D-Law, LVE, Schultz, and soon to be Ceedee, Diggs, and Parsons have all be effected by the “Cowboys Consequence” a term I coined referring to the fact that any player the Cowboys touch, the more preposterous, egotistical, and nonchalant the player becomes. Amari, Dez, the coaching staffs, and rookies that came in with accolades have become ruined by this team’s toxic attitude. It doesn’t matter if you get the prime versions of the best players in any positions all at once on this team, they too would be ruined by this condition. Dak is no exception. They just don’t care anymore. Notice how after a loss, Brady, Rodgers, and many others get fired up? Dak? Doesn’t care cause that paycheck will hit the bank regardless. Just pathetic. So done with this excuse of a team. No other team in the NFL behaves like these clowns.

Leadership is crucial in having a team/organization who possess a Championship Attitude and Mentality culture. We just don't have it. Simple as that.

I'd be smiling too if I was one of the highest paid people in my position and it didn't matter if I produced average results. Not just Dak but the whole franchise can be the most valuable franchise in sports and for the last 25 years be average at best. If I got paid more than I was worth and my production didn't effect my money, I wouldn't care either. I'd be smiling. The whole Dallas organization gets rewarded for being average to below average for 25 years. What's the motivation to be better? The reason why no one cares if we lose and no changes have been made is because every year we win the Forbes Bowl. Because we win the Forbes Bowl our organization, and some fans, feel the job is done.

Gimme Derek Carr

Okay yeah. Give me Carr over Dak right now! That's what I want from my leader on the team. Did you hear him complain about the refs? Or say any cliche statements like "we got to get better"? Was he smiling? Give me Derek Carr over Dak any day.

Dak always says the same ole crap. “ we’re going to watch film and clean things up and be better for the next game.” Same old company line.

right all that passion in losing efforts, proves it works HUH ?? give that nonsense a rest, wins and losses have zero to do with heated press conferences and berating others around you.

it is just game and has zero to do with money as the OP thinks..thats the last thing on players' minds during games and press conferences, its week to week league you must move on win or lose to the next game or play.

so maybe MM should have them take immaturity and acting classes, coach them to be pissed and angry and yell all the time. daks very passionate seen him come to tears few times , so hes supposed yell or scream to show he cares , he for sure cares!! to say he doesn't its knock on you. Judging others you dont know is bad form, you dont know Dak or many of these payers, they care a lot.
