Remember back when they actually showed MUSIC videos? Back before they had all night marathons of The Real World? Or shows like Pimp My Ride? Of course I could be mistaken about the station now considering I haven't bothered with having cable since about 2000 or so. This is the first part of an old VHS recording of MTV way back in 1983.

They have 4-5 MTV channels now.

One of them just plays videos all the time.

Not sure which one it is as the wife is the one who watches it from time to time.

I find myself watching VH1 on occasion for older videos and concerts.

Sign of getting old I guess.

I have been watching VH1 since even before I was a teen, and Im 17 now.
I only watched MTV for about 2-3 years then it became nothing but reality tv.
