When to trade down, Round 1 or 2?

Would they or someone else go up for Dart, or is that too rich? Dart has Bo Nix comparisons and Nix went at 12 although Bo was more polished imo.
I think either Dart or Sanders is gone at 9 to the Saints.

If i'm moving down it's probably in the 1st. Just depends who is there at the time.

I think he we almost have to move down, unless someone unexpectedly falls to us and is a need.

Then again, if someone falls we would get better trade value. Hopefully we can find a good trade partner.

I haven't really studied the boards this year but at #12 we could be in a nice spot to take a player that is top 10ish but has slid to us. If so, stay & play.
I have heard this draft is weak at the top though so maybe the players who make it to #12 aren't that distinguishable from #20. If so, trade down.

In general I am always open to trading unless I believe the guy(s) I could choose are just too good to pass on.
There’s really only 4 players that would be consensus top 10 players in another year. One of those is a RB and another no one knows what position he’ll play!
Beyond that, one player a “draft guru” has ranked 6th can drop to 15th. And another ranked 20th by someone else could go 9th!
Everyone is assuming Ward who is probably a 2nd round talent will go 1st and Sanders who is probably a 5th round talent could go anywhere from 7th until the 2nd round!
Even the tackles being ranked in the top 10 translate more to Right tackle or Guard at the next level!
Even the TE everyone has been enamored.. I’ve read and article claiming he hasn’t ever played the traditional NFL TE position and is going to possibly need his entire rookie season learning to play it!
Whether you stay at 12, drop to 20 and pick at 44 all 3 players are going to have similar grades.
