If Dallas would have lost to Detroit and Philadelphia beat the Cardinals- that might have been the case.
But since the Cowboys won, both DAL and PHL games will start at the same time January 7th - regardless if the Eagles win or lose against the Cardinals.

Probably Sunday night during the Vikings - Packers game. Or shortly after if the winner of that game has any big playoff implications.

The Dallas and Philly games most likely will be played at the same time. I think they did that last year as well. So no team would know the results of the other game. Forcing each to play the starters.
