Injuries are a part of the game, nobody likes it. Are the a result of camps being so monitored by the nfl or the NFLPA i'm not sure which one limits how much we can do in camps or in practices.

Also after games it never seems that anyone is injured unless there was an injury that occurred during the game. These games end, and players look fine, but midway during the week we have players with severe injuries that cause them to not practice and miss games. I wish all of our players a speedy recovery, and that when they get back, we make a strong push to get in the playoffs. Please give your thoughts!

I have narrowed down the list of suspects to the Oompa Loompas and Gremlins. My money is on the Gremlins. Players take showers, ice baths, etc. Way too much water to not hit one. And when one gets wet, watch out!

Players get hurt during practice. Diggs tore his ACL during practice on what if I remember correctly was an innocuous play where he jumped to bat a ball and it tore when he landed!

I am sure you hire bots to conceive, write and respond to posts.

If you have internships (lunch included), let me know.

who knows, could be lack of pre season or our Conditioning cooach sucks, one would have to look around the league to narrow it down some

One theory that keeps coming up, is the newer fields and the turf they use nowadays in the NFL. The owners won’t move away from it so they can host more events in the stadiums, pull up the turf and have a Taylor Swift concert to make more revenue So to speak.

who knows, but seems like more injuries than ever across the league.

They play too many games and it takes its toll.
They do not play anymore games than they used to, when you take into PS games. When starters used to play much in those games.

Most the players now play in those games a good part of the time.
12 games schedule, 6 PS games. But the practices were harder, they tackled every day, and had 2 a day practices.
14 games schedule, 6 PS games. I think then down to 4, not sure. Same as above practiced hard and tackled. Had 2 days.
16 games schedule, 4 PS games. Same as above until the last 10 years or so. Then came in limited padded practices and limited hitting and tackling.

17 game schedule, 3 PS games. Over half the practices, no tackling, no hitting, no pads, or just shells.

IMO, less physicality is leading to more injuries.

We have been very fortunate on the injury front for years, this is the first year in many we can't say that. To be honest this team was going no where anyhow. We have gotten worse the last 2 years.
