If the Nets are really out and the Knicks get cocky I think he will sign Denvers extension. Doing it on good faith they will try and trade him over the summer. That way he gets his money, he gets the Knicks(if they make a real offer) and Denver gets something.

Problem is, at that point they cant take back Currys expiring contract and it gets harder for Denver to send them a bad contract. So really, the Knciks mine as well just do it now. B/C the price would be like Melo and Billups for Felton, Gallo, Fields, and Mozgov

Or the Nets jump back in, put Favors on the table, and it gets done now.
