They played much better. Seems they were not targeted as much. They did not roll out Dak to hit any TE's outside as that play always works. But they probably did not need to either. Nor show it too much, and use it later on.

Jets were prepared though for the TE mini jet sweep.

Anyone see how well they blocked though.

I loved how Big Mike called the Hendershot run in order to get him a TD also . . . All 3 would have had TDs . . . in the Red Zone Dak will lean on them all year

Well last week they couldn't catch a cold, so the outcry was warranted. Even if it was a bit premature.

It was a fairly pedestrian effort. A couple of catches and then a poor play on a third scoring opportunity.

It’s not like there was a dominant performance. They were “ok”, wt best and none of them really distinguished themselves with a great day.

Not sure what you’re looking for here but i personally think the position is an opportunity. We need one of them to step up and become “the guy” instead of what amounts to a platoon situation where they are all just interchangeable.

I never said anything about Dak....you brought him up, now the haters have a ticket to ride.
I made a comment that no one started a thread about gow well they played as a unit. Meanwhile all last week they were thrown under the bus

But I am sure you were not one of those complain about TE drops last week

Without them Dak has no Red Zone Targets . . . He cannot get it to His WRs in a condensed field

Hendershot needs to step up a bit. He should have had the TD there if he cut back inside. The Jets have tremendous speed to the outside and showed it most of the day.

Ok? Sounds like a result of playcalling. They did their job. Do you think the tight ends were incredible yesterday?

They were ok and that was good enough.

I was a football coach for 30 years. I know better than to come on here and complain.
Show me my post why complained

I think if Hendershot cuts up sooner he scores. I think if fergy had a bigger vertical he catches the over throw :muttley:

I do like that they appear to be better blocking than Schultz and I’m glad to see schoon get a TD

Well to be fair outside of CeeDee and perhaps Gallup we got us some midgets in cooks and Turpin maybe Vaughn

You have to run some rub routes to have success with those guys or maybe a back shoulder to Gallup who used to be able to jump
