Where would r Sherman fit?

Could he play safety? I’d love to have him mentor our corners especially diggs since they have a similar skill set. The problem may be, his ego wouldn’t allow him to be a back up. Maybe he can play safety or corner ( if there’s an injury). He’s the smartest corner In The league. He made his living by outsmarting receivers and getting away with holding abs having great technique. If even one of our you g corners can add his technique to their superior speed, we’d have something special.

Makes sense to me and I'd be happy w it, but I just don't see this team doing that....nor do I see Sherman thinking he can win here.
