I agree. Seattle's had the best first round. Best draft remains to be seen.

San Fran was pretty good though. Probably second.

BTW, what does it say about Taylor Mays when his own college coach didn't even take him when he needed a safety?

It's not clear to me that "not as good as Earl Thomas" is much of an insult.

They really had things fall their way. Okung should have never fallen that far and while I'm not a fan of Thomas and think he'll bust, a few teams in front of them made some questionable, at best, picks, allowing him to fall into their laps.

Sometimes it pays to let things come to you instead of forcing the issue.

A guard...a guard??? that early??? plus one with questionable intellect and a lazy tackle that's a candidate for OverEaters Anonymous?

I like what they tried to do but don't like the players they targeted.

Seattle hit two out of the park with Russell Okung and Earl Thomas.

The Jets got a huge steal that late with Kyle Wilson at 29...wow.

Detroit got two impact players with Suh and Best.

Bulaga that late to GB was strong.

The 'Boys getting Dez was sweet.

Arizona got great value (imo) with Dan Williams at 26.

yeah the jets really did, i thought kyle wilson was #1b CB in this draft, and now the jets have two legit #1 CBs and can leave both of them on an island and rush as many as they want or have a safety just sit back and read the play and break on the ball whether that means in run support or trying to go for the int. that D is now super scary

Right now I think the Ravens, Seattle, San Fransico had the best drafts. I'm pleased with Dallas thus far as well but those 3 teams really did a great job.

Don't sleep on Green Bay guys. HATE them but love their draft sadly:

1st: bulaga/LT/Iowa

2nd: Mike neal/DT/Purdue

3rd: Burnett/S/G.Tech

................kinda wish that was our draft. Sorry, but I do. Then we could've moved Spears....Neal is a beast IMO

SF and Hawks, by far. It's easy to see that both clubs are doing there homework.

If Alex Smith could figure it all out, SF will be a beast for years!
