Who holds Stephen Jones’s failure at CAP management unlike the 31 other teams

How in the heck you get cap failure when they have $22 million in cap space, and like the 5th best team in that area.

I may be wrong here but Jerry overpaid and handed out bad contracts. Stephen doesn’t hand out contracts at all. Dallas is the king of the 1 year contract. Stephen is equal parts cheap and arrogant. He actually thinks he is the Bill Belichick of roster construction.

Rams didn't make some of the moves until mid season, when they realized they did have a good team. Mid season moves a long way off last I looked at the calendar.

They could've signed Bobby Wagner,Von Miller or Tyrann Mathieu when they were still available.
They are denying the fans 22 million dollars worth of talent.

Charolette needs to be in charge starting the season off followed by Jerry jr.
