Who is this Jason Whitten I keep hearing about?

457 career receptions for Witten.

29 more he passes Emmitt Smith for 3rd all time in Cowboys History.

32 more and he passes Drew Pearson for 2nd all time in Cowboys History.

4 more receptions and he is tied #10 all time among TEs. #9 has 1 more than that. So 6 receptions to be #9 all time.

He's amazing.

If BP had only found a LT as good as Witten in the draft, we may be the least penalized team in the NFL....

He did correct himself.

You, my friend, are the biggest "Brookings" offender. lol.

He did it last year too. If i ever said Brookings then it was by accident, not because i didn’t know. And i am not the biggest offender...are you on drugs?

In case you were wondering... (Exhibit A presented)

Ok, well guess i didn’t realise i did it that many times. But you see Troy is talking in front of millions...my posts seem to fall on deaf ears...but you were listening! Good find buddie.

That was hilarious. :p:

I used to laugh at ESPN when they would talk about (former) Lions WR Roy Williams but have a picture of (former) Cowboys SS Roy Williams.

Well in my defense he had to go back at least a month ago. And that poster needs to get a life going back that far. Not that big of a deal.

:lmao2: I share your opinion of those that like to try and use the search function to try and prove a point... but that little exchange did make me chuckle. ;)

a simple search of the word "brookings" would bring those posts up. it's not that hard if you know how to use the search function.

I hear Ken Hamline is going to be replaced in the line-up by Mike Hamline at some point soon. :lmao2:

Correct. It wasn't that hard. I just did a search for Brookings and then a crtl-f for the username. Took about five minutes. And it was the first time I'd done something like that.

He's the best tight end in the league. I would think everyone would know that.

Jason Witten was one of my pet cats in the draft, when the cowboys drafted him. Alot of fans and friends of mine told me who is this guy, another wasted pick, i told them. No! Just watch Jason Witten could be the all time TE in cowboys history.

Just like I like johnny knox this year who is doing well in chicago and Vollmer the OT that the patriots drafted this year.

I always love the nfl draft, thats how you build teams mostly through the draft, just like when we drafted leon lett and jay ratliff in the lower rounds. Now and then you hit on super players in lower rounds.

Jason Witten is my number one player for the Cowboys!

The thing that is scray, M Bennett has more potential to be just as good as Jason Witten if he would only apply himself and be more serious about football.
