I saw this gesture and my first thought was he was disgusted at the whole team. But it doesn't show who was in front of him. Maybe a ref or a particular player?

Probably the no call on the holding of Clark where he got tackled. If they make that call, the Cowboys Probably get the ball back with a chance to win.

Exactly what I was saying. But people say "Refs don't control games". Refs effect the games too much. It it always seems to be bias. The amount of times Parson's is held every game and 33 was held more than once today. He was also held vs Buffalo and it wasn't called. but let them see a hint of holding for the Cowboys and its flags everywhere. Its mind blowing.

The consistent inconsistency of holding calls, PI calls, roughing the passer calls plus an outright refusal to further professionalize the officiating crews has led to the rise of conspiracy theories because A: as you mentioned they dictate games week after week B: many calls are so unbelievably bad and obviously wrong that it’s hard to even believe it wasn’t intentional
C: near total delegitimization of the game

Then toss in moron Goodell and his inconsistency with enforcing rules, quelling disputes, fixing rules, player discipline, and it’s kind of a wonder we still follow such a crappy product.

NFL Officiating is abysmal and their terrible performance is felt by most if not all teams. Goodell is a clown in denial about this glaring and destructive weakness faced by the NFL. The onslaught of legalized gambling is sparking a great deal of suspicion among fans given the existence of so many glaring officiating miscalls and their impacts on games.

Hopefully, we get some calls against Detroit. I suspect that we will after they were called out on national TV on the key non call on the tackling of Clark. Very frustrating to see that.

We follow it because they set it up to have every team in the race as long as possible.

I watched older games and the officials were actually up in age, but they also LET YOU PLAY ...so you win some, you lose some.

Today's officials INSERT THEMSELVES INTO THE GAME...worried about being on TV later. And...then we find out that "the league" is "emphasizing" some calls and ignoring others...makes it a crapshoot on Sunday.

Lots of good and funny guesses. This was after the flag on CeeDee.

I'm pretty sure this happened after the Roughing The Passer call on Micah. Even the ex-ref in the booth said what was he supposed to do? That the hit was within the 2 steps allowed.

I don't think Goodell is in denial. He is fine with the officiating or he would have addressed the lack of holding calls against Parsons.
