Giants waived TE Carson Butler, S Vince Anderson, LBs Micah Johnson and Lee Campbell, and P Jy Bond.

Hakeem Nicks will be sad to see Anderson go; Nicks lit him up at minicamp. Johnson, a onetime top prospect at Kentucky, should've entered the draft after his junior season. He struggled as a senior and wasn't picked in April
