I agree it is too early for this. I'll just say we have as good of a chance as anyone else in the NFC East.

what about that Washington game????? I think Dallas will win the division mainly because we've got them all scared. Philly has dominated this division for eyars, and we creamed them, and I think if/when we beat NY this weekend, it will further solidify our stand as number 1 in the Division. It is too early to say because a lot of things can happen in any given game that could alter the course of your season, however, barring anything major happening, I feel we have the BEST CHANCE to win the NFCE. As far as last, I'm expecting washington to fall of about mid-season as they usually do. The defense wont hold up, and they will probably have turnover p0roblems. I see them coming in last!

Philly is still the top dog in this division. We beat them good, but don't count them out.

At this point, the division is a 4 dog race. But considering the Skins already beat us, they have a leg up.

We'll know better after we play the G-men. If we can hit the BYE week sitting at 5-3, we'll have a good shot at the division title ... if not, then a solid wildcard spot.

If you ask me, both wildcard spots will go to NFCE teams.

I also agree. But with the emotions running high after a great win. I will say Dallas with a wait and see asterisk.
Now if we beat the Giants, then I will say we wil win the East, and The Eagles rebound a little and come in 2nd, but we exposed them somewhat, and they won't recover completely. Other teams learn from our gameplan. Giants 3rd, Commanders fall to last. Both off to good starts, but will soon settle down. Kind of like the Dolphins, play great the fist 6 to 8 games, then fall apart.

It will be interesting to have this poll again at the bye.

Dallas will win the division, our boys are hungry and they smell blood, our young guns are inspiring the older guys and the veterans will keep the rooks in check, keep them focused. We have plenty of playmakers on this team, coaches need to keep em focused and continue to preach good execution.

if we can defeat the Giants convincingly, i'm betting Dallas wins the division. we should get better and stronger every week, we have a good bye week, and we're staying relatively healthy so far. the Skins have no chance - the Giants have a chance if they beat us - and the Eagles have a very good chance if they can rebound and rack up a couple wins. but we'll be in the mix up to the end, i guarantee that!!!

Can't disagree with this. Right now it looks like the (chokes on the words!) Commanders are in the best position. Had we held on to beat them, then we would have been the clear favorite. We didn't! Our inexperience as a unit showed. As the season goes on, we seem to be gelling as a team. Knowing who is where in coverage will work itself out with time. But as we get better, so will the SKins and Giants.

If the Skins beat Phillie Nov. 6 then it is clear that two things are happening. The Eagles are done, and the NFC East has returned to its natural balance - the Cowboys and Commanders battling it out for the division title. The Giants, however, do occasionally sneak in there.

We cannot claim to be the best in the division until we redeem ourselves for the Washington loss. But to even get to that point, we have to beat the Giants. Win one, lose one, will not get us where we need to be.

This game will determine who the second best team in the NFC East is. Until we play the Skins again, and absent their self destruction, we can only be the second best team in the division.

The Cowboys have the best players in the NFC!

We got to see a glimpse of what this team can do when they play their best.

I believe that the second half of this season, when games count the most, the Cowboys will be playing their best ball, because the rookies and free agents will have blended/jelled as a team by then.

Also, I think the Eagles will lose 6 games, maybe more if McNabb gets injured any more.

We beat the Eagles once, if we beat them next time, the NFC East is ours for sure!
