If Dallas can only keep either Lamb or Diggs long term, who would you take?

I'd pick Diggs and it's not even close.

If it’s either or I’m going Diggs good corners are harder to find than WR

both will be with the team long term

Gotta go with Diggs. Hes one of the best DBs in the league this year. Lamb is good but hes not top 5 at his position like Diggs is.

Diggs. Lamb just hasn't proven himself the way guys drafted in a similar spot like Justin Jefferson and Jamarr Chase have.

You don't pay just-good WRs the future Hall of Fame WR1 money. That's how you end up being just above .500 more often than not and staying in salary cap hell.

If Lamb wants a similar deal to Gallup, adjusted for cap inflation, then sure.

If he wants the kind of money that Justin Jefferson will command, then he can go pound sand.

I think Dallas will pick up Lamb's 5th year option and then let him walk after that.

Unless Lamb takes a friendly deal.

He hasn't shown anything special.

much easier to find a 1/2 WR vs elite corner
