Why are other people besides Bill talking to the media?

I thought Bill use to have a policy that he was the only one that talked to the media? I remember when he first came that the only news from training camp came from him. I know the media wants to talk to the players, but I really wish Bill would tell the media during training camp I am the only one you are going to hear from.
