On Cleveland's last drive, we put Mukuamu in as the left corner. He replaced Carson, but we were still playing Diggs at right corner. I'm not sure why we'd choose to rest the rookie instead of the vet. We did eventually take Diggs out, though, along with most of the other starters. That last TD drive by the Browns was mostly against our backups.

Carson had some knee issue in practice leading up to the game. They probably wanted to protect him once the lead was up. He wasn't on the practice report this week.

As well as it appeared Carson played after watching the game live, you could see on the All-22 that he made some mistakes that Cleveland was unable to capitalize on. I think they want to get Izzi some snaps just in case. Same for Vigil at middle linebacker over the Notre Dame kid. Carson will be baptized today by Carr and Olova.
