Why does Norv Turner even get considered for head coaching positions????

Who here can explain to The Prophet why any team would want to hire the likes of one Norv Turner? His head coaching tracking record is horrid. Oh, and please don't use the excuse that he had bad situations in both Washingon (6 yrs of misery) and Oakland (team imploded under his watch).

The Prophet doesn't recall other "stellar" coaches such as Wayne Fontes and Rich Kotite being fawned over by ole Jer like Norv seems to be. Hey Jer it was over a decade ago that Norv was even in Big D!
What is Norv's overall NFL head coaching record anyway? Something like 20-30 games below .500 if memory serves me correctly.

Come on Jer...wise up ole buddy. LOL.

Looking for input from others as to why Norv would even be considered. The only logic The Prophet has heard so far is that Norv would "groom" Garrett. Groom him for what? Groom him as to how to lose games????!!
