Why would Dan Quinn want to stay here?

His defense was elite last night and got no help at all. He will never win here no matter how good his defense is as long as Dak and Kellen run the show.

I really would doubt hed go to Denver, their D is already elite and theyre dealing with the same offensive downsides we have. Others im not too sure on but nothing sticks out to me

This is exactly why he will be leaving even though I believe he would really like to stay with this defensive group. Anyone with a brain understands that you aren't going to be able to carry the dead weight to a championship.

Because he has elite talent on that side of the ball and is being paid like a HC already. I can see him leaving, but I would be very picky if I were him.

Sometimes it's better to live in the glory as a coordinator than have your legacy ruined as a HC.

Quinn stays imo. Only way he leaves is if the Cardinals offer him double his current salary. No way he goes to Denver.

I mean he is not going to get a job as a DC on a more talented defense. That is simply put not going to happen. Therefore outside of a HC job, which he should almost certainly get, he will not be going anywhere.

Cardinals are an interesting job. They have some interesting pieces on defense, but you also have a QB who now has a reputation issue and is coming off a major injury that could linger into next year. Very high risk/high reward.

If I'm DQ I probably wait another year and see what's available.

I think Micah follows him soon after. I hope they both stay, but they want to win.

He's gone. No better way to impressive your suitors than to have the defense pretty much hold SF to 16 points (I won't even give them the free FG from the first Dak INT). Too many teams are interested in him, one team will hire him. Out of all veteran coaching candidates, he has the second-best resume after Payton.

All coaches want a second chance to be a head coach, especially someone who has won playoff games and went to the SB like him. Quinn knows he can always finish his career as a DC like Wade Phillips 5+ years from now when he's exhausted all of his HC opportunities.

Because Quinn wouldn't be as hateful, flame-throwing and judgmental as some fans are ...? ...
