Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virgina

This is a documentary I watched last night of the White family who live in Boone County, WV. I instantly viewed it on Netflix. It was a fascinating documentary. I really enjoyed watching the family and how they interacted w/ everyone around them.

What was most enjoyable was at the SHOCK of seeing a complete historical view of a family basically giving the big middle finger to the entire world for the past 50 years. The crazy factor is through the roof.

Very entertaining and it was rated 4 of 5 stars, so I had to check it out.

Glad I did.

Thanks for the u tube ref. While watching this I went on down the list and watched Norma Jeans tribute to Hank which led on to a veritable goldmine of old time country music by the originals.Made me up a playlist of hard to find songs that bring back memories of days gone by.
I found out that old woman played with Porter before Dolly.
