You know what I mean....we remember that fateful night in Texas Stadium when the Aint's came to town. That's when the wheels came off.

He wants to know if Garrett will do to the Dolphins what Payton did to us.

And the answer is yes. But it won't have in as big of an impact, because the dolphins suck anyway.

cam cameron was in san diego...so he know's wade's defense...on the flip side wade knows his offense...so this should be about execution, which is really what it often comes down to

Do we play the Falcons this year? :D

Am I the only one who's is most excited to see how Garrett attacks opposing Defenses on a weekly basis. I have a feeling that he has such a good grasp of how he wants to attack and how to create mis-matches. that when teams look at tape and try to figure out how to stop what has worked previously Garrett will just find the hole in the D and exploit it. I am freakin excited about Garrett as the OC.

To be honest-if Parcells and his old coaching staff were on the sidelines Sun night, the final score would have been 35-10. If anything, Tuna didn't know crap how to defend against blitzes and stunts.

Umm I believe Jerry Jones will NOT let Jason Garrett go!

He won't - even if it means firing Phillips after this year - regardless of how the season turns out.

I think that Garrett was VERY close to getting the HC job last year -- I still maintain he would have been an inspired hire. I think I was on record saying we should have hired him and surrounded him with the best coordinators we could.

Cameron and Wade have ideas about the weaknesses of each other's scheme ... fine points in the big picture ...

But Garrett has knowledge of stuff each Miami defender is bad at, weak at ... knows a DB will bite on certain routes etc. maybe ...

It just seems Garrett is the trump card because he had to learn at least in practices what his passing game was good at, and what Miami's DBs/LBs were bad at, just to try to get an objective view of things.

I still can't believe that Parcells didn't adjust in the Saints game. The interview with Zimmer ... Q: "why didn't you adjust ...?" Zimmer: "I don't know."

Michael: "We have people at the newspaper on the payroll, right Tom? They might like a story like that?"

Tom: "Yeah, they just might... they just might"

Those thinking Garret may opt to headcoach else where next year seem to have forgotten that his contract is speculated to include a clause that promotes him to headcoach upon Wade's departure.

I doubt that. HC promotions are based on performance -- there is no way in hell that Jerry would just say "regardless of performance, you are the next HC." That's would be a stupid move and certainly not one you'd put in someone's contract.
