In 2007 with the Chargers, Marty went 14-2 but couldn’t get the job done in the playoffs with HFA. He was fired shortly after.

Ironic if it happens to Mike since he talks about Marty quite a bit.

I mean he never made the Super Bowl, but at least his teams were competitive in AFC Championship games against Elway.
