  • In Dak's career, the Cowboys win rate is greater than 95% when:
    • Cowboys rush for over 100 yards.
    • Cowboys opponent rushes for less than 140 yards.
  • 2022 season playoff game vs Niners:
    • Cowboys 77 rushing yards: Cowboy Run Offense Fail
    • Niners 169 rushing yards: Cowboys Run Defense Fail
  • 2023 season playoff game vs Niners:
    • Cowboys 76 rushing yards: Cowboy Run Offense Fail
    • Niners 113 rushing yards: Cowboys Run Defense Success
  • Summary:
    • Cowboys defense did a great job stopping the Niner running game.
    • Cowboys offense failed to run the ball both before & after Pollard's injury.

Is this a Dak didn't do bad thread? Because what a sword to fall on. Kudos

This damn rushing yardage wins game stat. It’s correlation without causation! Stop using this.

Teams run the ball when they’re winning because it drains the clock. Thus, teams that win more games run the ball more. NOT the other way around.

Logic you peeons!

Sorry. I’ve had a lot of caffeine and a good workout today.

Agree, Cowboys need to be able to do both. Question is, how do you fix this? I think I'm bringing back Tyron and Hankins for that purpose. Pollard in my opinion, needs to return, would love a short-term contract.

Instead of holding the ball Dak needed to run more.
You needed to get out of the pocket and give himself options.

Was exactly like Rex Ryan said today he was throwing out of a well consistently.
He needed to be more part of the running game and getting out of the pocket would have given him that option
