lol... If anything Peterson is overrated.

You sig line says "the next Sean Taylor".

Sean Taylor wasn't even that good. He was having a good year until tragedy struck but he was far from good leading up to that year. Pretty terrible at times.

Huh?

Rookie year: 76 tackles, 13 passes defended, 1 sack, 2 forced fumbles, 4 INT's.

2005: 70 tackles, 12 PD, 1 sack, 2 FF, 2 INT's

2006: 114 tackles, 7 PD, 3 FF, 1 INT

2007: (through 9 games) 42 tackles, 9 PD, 1 FF, 5 INT's

I hardly think averaging 85 tackles, 10 PD, 2 FF and 3 INT's is "far from good".

I'd have taken him on this team anyday.

Missed this post a while back. Actually in the process of looking for one of my posts from a bit back and ran across this.

I've got some stats for you from the 2010 season.

71 tackles, 2 sacks, 10 PD, 5 INT.

Guess who. Gerald Sensabaugh. Now what those stats don't tell you is the plays he didn't make, plays he was beaten on or the plays where he missed tackles.

Sean Taylor, while a great athlete who was loaded with potential, didn't play all that well until his final season. During that season he was playing will. Up until then he wasn't really anything special. He made some plays but he gave up a bunch of plays as well. Lead the league in TDs surrendered one year.

He wasnt very good. The fact is he was contsantly abused in coverage and he made more boneheaded penalties than just about any DB I ever saw.

Even if you told me which eight guys were off the board, I still wouldn't be able to confidently predict who they'd pick. The only positions I can eliminate are QB, WR and RB.

Am I the only one who feels that the closer we get to this thing, there's really no reason to screw this pick up?

I think we're gonna make out just fine.

well we won't get a shot a Petersen

Dareous either

don't want Prince

T Smith all the way

Who is it in the forums that keeps saying we need to take Mark Ingram. If that guy is in the war room, you may be surprised.

At 9 we will pick T Smith.

Book it, as my accountant says. :)
