Calvin Watkins, of the Dallas Morning News, reports Dallas Cowboys TE Jason Witten was fined $5,000 for a crackback block he made in the team's Week 2 game.

If the word "fined" does not follow the initials "T.O." it is not considered news and has no bad ramifications toward the team.

He was penalized for it, so he gets fined for it. So would anyone else.
