unfortunately, that does sound about right.

ok each game they stay together I'll drink a beer. like this: by week 3 I should be drinking 3 beers, and so on. That should fix things.

I’m gonna say 9 games. We will make it to the bye and we all will be very thankful when it comes. The player will return after the bye and we will go on to have great health throughout the season.

I think the “new” offense will have the line doing more punching and less catching. Plus, Dak will get rid of the ball much quicker (even though last year he was really quick) with dump offs and/or scrambles to move the chains. There will be less risk of injury.

Bonus: *Tyron Smith will not get injured all year. I predict he will return to Pro Bowl level play this season. This season’s Cowboys line will look like the 2014 line and all five starters will be mentioned as one of the best at their position. (Like Philly 2022)

LOL, yeah, this thread might as well be titled how long can Tyron stay healthy. He has had a great career but his body is just breaking down. Too much to ask for him to stay healthy for a month into the season, which is 4 games. So the over/under is 4.5
i'll take the under.

We can hope.
My guess is the NFL average for the entire starting line to fully stay intact is about 6-7 games.

Not sure the Rams even had one position make it 17 games last year, for example...let alone all 5.

An OL goes down for a series, then returns?
Say he goes out in the 2nd quarter but returns the next game?

How many games to be out to say … not in tact.. Goes out in the 2nd half, then misses the next game, then OL complete again.
Everyone will have a different opinion.

in Tact can mean a lot of different things.

Not going to concern myself with it. Can’t control it anyway.

Almost no NFL offensive line stays completely intact past 3-4 weeks into the season. Dallas will be no different.

The main thing to hope for is that none of the absences are for anything more than a few games.

100% healthy, this team fields one of the 5 best offensive lines in football. With significant injuries, particularly at the tackle position, things could go south really quickly.

Tyron might be the only one. Martin has been pretty durable. Steele was hurt last year but he's young as are Biadasz and especially Tyler. Our trouble is that we don't know if we even have the depth to absorb one injury to the line.
