I'm sure I and/or my Dad, must have surely crossed paths w/ your Dad? We've owned property/lived 5 mins E. of town off 380 @ FM 2933. since 1963.

I'll let my Dad know about the sale. I'm positive he'll want to take a look-see early tomorrow, on the way to his weekly "coffee-clutch" at the Dairy Queen just W. of your Dad's place.
