Yep, count me in as one of those who left my sunroof open and got some rain inside my vehicle.:

I pulled off all the plastic trim along the carpet and lifted a good portion of it up and am running two big fans underneath so far for two days. It seems about 90% dry now and I am also running the heater on high on the floor setting as well. I plan on putting Damp-Rid in there after it feels dry and see what happens.

That sucks. I've never really understood the appeal of sunroofs. I've had two Audi's with them, but rarely opened them. I guess I'm more of a window down or a/c guy....depending on how well I want to hear my music.

Same here. I have three vehicles with sunroofs and don't use them that much. I just roll the windows down.

Sunroofs were invented for one purpose....

Keeping your backseat free of empty beer cans!

I didn't know they put sun roofs in Pintos!

You haven't had a good week. :laugh2:

Well, after Day 3, the Durango is finally dry all the way underneath. I went ahead and put the Damp-Rid in there a few hours ago and sealed it up. Everything is almost back to normal now. Except for this forum, it'll never be normal. :D

And you based this assumption on what?

All the old beat up,rusty Pinto's I've seen in Nuevo Laredo,or Piedras Negras, or Juarez (Where old pinto's go to die, don't you know),didn't have sun roofs,or moon roofs,or anything unless the owner did it with a hack saw. I just assumed they weren't an 'option'.

Ok I'll bite outta curiosity. So what does the above post have anything to do with what I said about having sunroofs on my vehicles?

I was joking with you. Sorry for the affront.

Lol-I don't care! I was just trying to figure out if you were being random or had some reason. :)
