Hey folks, I have posted these a few times in the past and received some great recommendations. My playlists are getting stale and I wanted to see if I could get some suggestions on what tunes you Zoners use when you are exercising or hitting the weights. Any genre is fine, I listen to all types!

Thanks!

This will get your heart racing even without being on a treadmill.

I listen to everything in the gym. Metallica becomes The Lox then The Lox becomes Deadmau5.
House music is effective for me because when the beat drops, all hell breaks loose. My gym is scared of me haha

I play my hip-hop station on Pandora and go with that.. Whatever comes on is whatever comes on..

If you like latin music flavors, you could take a look at Zumba Music; it's chosen for exercise and workout purposes.

Rise Against, Story of the Year, Thousand Foot Krutch, Bullet for My Valentine, Atreyu, and a handful from bands like Skillet, Thrice, Disciple, 30 Seconds to Mars, PIllar, and Three Days Grace have all been on my mp3 player for a long time.

Funny you mention this because I was looking into new music today. Found a new song today

Thanks for the suggestions, I downloaded a few of these and they are going to work for me! Keep em coming!

Stuff on my "Workout" playlist:

"Bridge Burning" - Foo Fighters
"Here I Come" - The Roots
"Sex Type Thing" - Stone Temple Pilots
"Machinehead" - Bush

etc.

Chevelle is a band I've been meaning to listen to.

Can't go wrong with foo fighters. All My Life, Pretender, Monkey Wrench are all good songs to get you amped up.

The latest Killswitch Engage is good to work out too.
