Seen a thread like this on reddit...
I sure as hell would.

Would you?

I'd watch them riding on a meteor heading straight towards Commander's FedEx Stadium. Ka-Boom!

What a way to go!

Huh... That was off the cuff...

I've been on about dozen aircraft carriers when I was in the Navy and the answer to OP is it depends on where the carrier is at. If we were lucky then we would be ported somewhere but if not, then it's hard to get your favorite team on TV when I was in and it's been 10 years now, so it could be better now, not sure.

Sure would be interesting.

That being said, are the dimensions of an aircraft carrier deck even large enough to accomodate an NFL football field and all the surroundings equipment, goalposts, etc.?

It would also be interesting as the tilt and rock of the aircraft carrier (from the waves, current, etc.) affects a kicker trying to make a field goal..........

Flight deck is about 300 yards from fantail to bow, size of three football fields.

No, because I'd probably be participating in it. Playing a football game on an air craft sounds fun, must be pretty huge though ...

Would love to tip-toe a catch on the edge, secure the catch and fall over the side in the Caribbean :)

I was thinking about that, and if the "tilt and rock" went the wrong way, someone could blow out a knee.

Well, seeing as the alternative would be watching it from the drink, I'd actually recommend it. So yeah, I'd be good staying dry.
