Agreed. It would be one thing if he just didn't want to go to Dallas. They diddn't even try to get him. He was "too expensive", so they go out and spend marginally less to get a lesser kicker(still a lot for a guy who only kicks a ball, but not on kickoffs).

On ESPN radio, it was reported that Vinatieri's mother said that Vinatieri has a broken bone in his plant foot. Team hadn't verified it though.
