Do you think Ogletree would have made the team if Radway didn't get injured and if we had Laurent Robinson at the start of preseason?
Ogletree is seriouslly the luckiest guy to still be on this team. He showed a few signs of life his first year when he caught a few screens. Since than absolutely nothing. He was gifted the 3rd receiver position after we cut Roy Williams, didn't resign Sam Hurd, and had cut Crayton the year before. I hate the idea of gifting a position to a guy simply because we have no one else.
This season will be different hopefully. A lot of young quick receivers that WANT to learn and progress. Compare that to the disinterested effort Ogletree has put out so far. No way he makes the roster this year or ever again for that matter. It's not like he was a 1st round pick or anything. Let him go!
