Is anyone out there familiar with him? I watch alot of college ball, and seem to remember him being San Diego States top receiver a couple of years ago. Or could I be mistaken?

That was the guy. He is a big target, but will not be mistaken for a speed receiver. He was a very good possesion receiver for SDS his senior year. Definite potential.

I believe he spent a couple of seasons down here in South Florida with the Dolphins, on the practice squad.

I doubt Tolver ever makes an nfl roster. The practice guy that could is Jamaica Rector. Could be another Troy Brown.
