I only buy games that use my avatar. I dont sit and use the control to play any games.

Its good cardio too.

I know an older person who had a blood clot, and her symptoms were very, very obvious. One leg was way more swollen and sensitive than the other, and she was in pain. So she went to the hospital and they diagnosed and treated the blood clot before it detached and traveled to the lungs, where it can be deadly.

If he had developed a blood clot, the likely (though not only) reason for his death was probably that he didn't act on obvious symptoms from the start, and suffered a pulmonary embolism.

Motion Sports - I use the boxing mostly

They have a workout one that I am going to get.

There is also Fighters Uncaged.

All are great cardio.

I like playing my Xbox, for sure, but I am not so addicted to it that I don't get out and do anything else.

That's just beyond stupid to get that addicted to anything to where it effects the rest of your life and what you do or don't do.

Beyond that it's really quite pathetic.
