This is a solid article. Jones is a doofus and probably the biggest laughing stock in the league. He deserves it. I know MM is a classy dude and won’t say much, but I wish he would speak out with how they’re framing crap on the fan.

Time will tell. But if McCarthy winds up in Chicago or New Orleans and makes them winning teams while the Cowboys swim in the ocean of mediocrity with Jerry controlling everything, they I would say McCarthy is the big winner.

In my opinion, McCarthy wins if he gets a new job paying more money with less interference from the egotistical owner. How is that not a win?

I think Jerry is only going to be worse in 2025. The Cowboys are not going to make a big splash in the off season, they already signaled that. The Cowboys are going to struggle again in 2025 which will make Jerry the big loser.

And consider the media already. They are referring to Jerry is some not so flattering ways. They are calling Dallas a circus. Even if McCarthy is not a big winner somewhere else, Jerry appears to be on his way to becoming a big loser again in 2025. McCarthy will be the winner because Jerry is such a big loser.

MM is a better HC than some fans think. Chicago is a team determined to improve and they have a promising young QB, and an up and coming defense. They may surprise some people.

Absolutely hilarious the reason Mike walks is because they couldnt agree on the number of years for an extension. Of all things, not performance based! Simply amazing.

I truly believe that Jerry's ‘plan’ was another Wade Phillips/Jason Garrett deal where the veteran head coach is forced to have Jerry’s hand-picked coach-in-waiting on staff.

This time around it will be Jason Witten, who Jerry thinks will be the next Dan Campbell.

There were a few valid observations and several bogus ones written in to push a narrative. Bottom line, MM was brought in to take a playoff ready roster and help it get past the divisional round of the playoffs where Garrett was stuck. Much of that could be pinned on Jerry and Dak as insurmountable obstacles but MM and his master plan was hired to fix that and now the once vaunted OL/running game is in tatters. MM's HC failures are masked by Jerry's GM failures and Jerry's incomprehensibly poor treatment of MM with this lame duck season overshadows it all.
