Always good news when players avoid serious injuries. Zack is uber important to the success of our O-Line, as we saw today. Hope to have him back next week.

If Philly wins tomorrow night, I’d rest him until the playoffs most likely. Deep thigh bruises can take a few weeks to heal. If Philthy loses……suck it up Zach!

Been hurt all year, just needs an off-season to heal. He’s manning up and doing his best, he knows he got that new contract and the team depends on him.

The worst part is how the injury happened. Bell was completely blocked out of the play by a Buffalo player and when the play was essentially over, he decided to fling the guy off of him, right into Martin's leg.

You could see on the replay it was not his knee. When he got hit, the knee did not give. Don't these guys where thigh pads anymore? The NFL complains about injuries and calls all kinds of penalties for roughing while the players wear less and less protection on the field.
