So what does he do when it’s 3rd and 5 run it again, you do know Dallas averaged 27 carries a game the 11th highest last season, but all I hear is they need more carry’s, let run the ball down 2 or 3 scores to burn the clock, genius. The O can’t keep getting penalties disappear for 3 quarters with many 3 and outs and keep running the ball, they only do that against the low end defenses.

We don't need him to break off any 60 yarders.. Consistently getting 5-6 a pop will do. It will keep the offense ahead of the chains and wear on the defense.. It will also keep their offense on the sidelines.. And lest we forget that McCarthy stated that Zeke hit 22.9 mph on the GPS during OTAs. That's haulin some serious bootay even if they were NOT in full pads. I believe they were in shoulder pads and sweats during OTAs so it aint like it was done in shorts on a track. From the waist up it was full football regalia. And frankly those sweats he works out in for OTAs and mini-camps aint exactly conducive to high speed sprinting. Bottom line is, the speed is still there in Zeke.. he just needs to make up his mind to use it. But doing so comes at a price. Every time you open it up all the way you run the risk of pulling a hammie. It also eats up a ton more energy so you have to go to the sideline for oxygen more often. Zeke not being a kid anymore has to be judicious with when he decides to call upon that overdrive gear.

Ummm.. when was the last time they fell behind "running the ball?" Typically when they fall behind it's because Dak is off... and Moore refuses to recognize it and run the ball to settle things down. Find me a game they lost when they ran it more than they threw it..
