They will probably restructure his contract which would reduce his CAP hit next season but he’ll be a Cowboy for probably 2 more years.

Were better off dumping him off someone else and getting a rookie to take his spot, but then again with that said who would want him at this point? You almost have to give someone draft picks to get him off your books.

When Pollard got hurt I looked at my wife and said "Its over". There was no way Zeke was going to be able to put this team on his back and do anything. That increased the pressure on Dak by tenfold.

easy to forget.. but he started the season pretty well.. he and Pollard were actually playing pretty complimentary football. I think he even had a hurdle in week 2 for the first time in years.

Zeke actually looked pretty good when Rush was playing..

He regressed quickly after Dak returned and Pollard clearly the better back.

I truly think Zeke is the kind of guy that needs a lot of touches.. needs the tough yards. But there is no excuses.. he didn't have the legs in the last month of the season.. absolutely produced nothing.

He was a mistake from the time they drafted him. Good riddance

Yet there will still be people wanting Zeke back because of his blocking skills……..:lmao2:

Love the guy, being from Ohio, but it is time for a permanent spot on the beach. He is not the only one; many changes need to take place.

Too deep a draft class for a team taking a punt at Zeke, by all accounts there will be decent RB's on day 2 and 3. I see him as this years post-June cut. It'll give us $10.9m in roster depth and in season trades.
